Further to the Mako Women’s Flag Team appointments announced earlier this month. We are now seeking expressions of interest for the Team Manager Role.
The primary focus of the role is to assist the Head Coach in preparing the team for competition. The role will require a highly organized approach and will include, but not be limited to, the following duties:
Organisation of camps including all logistics – attendance, travel, accommodation, and meals.
Managing the financial aspects of the camps including player payments in conjunction with the GM.
Planning the tour logistics and financials.
Managing communications together with the Head Coach.
Reporting back to the Board in conjunction with the Head Coach.
Managing issues that arise from time to time with respect to the Campaign.
Other organizational duties as agreed with the Head Coach and the Board.
